Design Brief:

Located on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula the site was completely cleared apart from the acacia in the front yard. C.O.S Design  designed & built the house, garden & pool. Specific designs for each of the zones for the pool & garden were done over several years.The resulting garden has a lush coastal palette of plants  which all contast, yet compliment each other.

The front yard features a circular raised lawn which influenced repeated circular elements throughout the rest of the garden. An internal courtyard was kept simple, yet functional and is a feature from the sitting room. 

The rear of the home is all about entertaining. The hub of the rear garden is the built in concrete benches and fire pit.
