Design Brief:

The design brief was to totally transform the property from its tired state to a beautifully detailed external renovation that would bring added functionality and increased personal enjoyment of the property and to the client’s lifestyle.

In the back garden a large floating pontoon slab provides a cool casual retreat out of the sun closely located near the pool entry. A curved glass pool fence reduces the impact of pool safety requirements within the back garden space.

The front landscaping was designed with more of an emphasis on the planting and of a pretty garden element.
