Design Brief:

The clients wanted a family pool and spa, an alfresco zone that flowed directly off the home and opportunity to utilise the laneway which they intended to buy later. Privacy was a must and levels were tricky so town planning, report and consent overlooking were all considerations.

The clients wanted to respect the heritage of the area and their inspriration had come from a C.O.S Design project where red bricks had been used. They wanted to maximise their tiny backyard and make it a family entertainers paradise.
