Complement and harmonize with the house's architectural style and bring life to the property presentation
Make best use of the minimal space that is available
Include a user friendly compact pool area - but not feel boxed off or uninviting
Provide interest through the detail of the construction and planting design
Include a design theming in a lush tropical contemporary Balinese Resort Villa theme
Plants to include an eclectic blend of supportive species for a visually interesting planting design that brings softness and balance to the overall property
Create more privacy but maintain good vistas and atmosphere provided by local tree-scapes from surrounding properties
Support a layered contrast of plants utilizing interesting plant selection combinations to promote texture and contrast for a vibrant stimulating visual
Promote garden ‘oasis feeling’, an escape from the closely located CBD a retreat form working life
Include a unique plunge pool design as part of garden design
Maximize size restraints and find opportunities for unique and detailed design
Include outdoor kitchen with fridge and cupboard space with consideration to aesthetic and function
Consider and maximise the views from top bedroom balcony, stairwell window and kitchen window
Carefully consider visual presentation of the gardens from within the house
Include screening and privacy from neighbouring houses and unsightly views overlooking the property
Carefully consider best material finishes and colour selections as appropriate to house presentation
Consider styling samples as supplied by the client and give advise on possible inclusions
Achieve well balanced and functional outdoor garden spaces while maximising aesthetics and usability
