Residential Landscape Design more than 150m2

Design Brief:

The Client was building their new home and wanted a high quality landscape that would match and complement the building design. The Client ‘s brief called for a modern landscape setting of different levels or “rooms” which would provide unique points of interest throughout.

The hard-scape was to be very formal, incorporating selected finishes used on the building, and other materials that complimented them. The planting palette was to be a mix of exotic and native species, suited to Canberra’s tough climate; heavy winter frosts, and dry summer heat.

The finished landscape setting would provide a visually aesthetic view from inside the building, allow for a range of different uses, and meet the project budget.
