Residential Landscape Design more than 150m2

Design Brief:

The clients required a landscape master plan design for their new property which was built nine months prior.

The existing garden layout was completed by the builder who also installed artificial turf in the front and backyards, and some other planting around the property.

The clients wanted an appealing and secure front entrance as well as an interesting back garden. They were in the process of building a granny flat at the rear of their property, which will be occupied by a family member.

Due to the narrow block, the brief was to try to hide the granny flat as much as possible as it forms part of the focal point from the house. The designer worked with the client to finalise the position of the granny flat to make it less intrusive but also pleasant for the occupant to enjoy the garden.
