Residential Landscape Design 50m2 - 150m2

Design Brief:

With a tight block, town planning concerns, unique, contemporary bespoke architecture and a large wish list, the task for this site was great and required millimetre design decisions and technical ingenuity.
 
The clients brief was a pool, a large shaded area to create cover and privacy, an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven, fire place, space to entertain, space to simply relax and a direct connection to the internal spaces, interior design and homes architecture. All this had to work in and around strict planning and building guidelines to ensure compliance with all local and state laws.
