Landscape Design - Residential Design Less Than 50m2

Design Brief:

The apartment building had recently undergone a renovation. A new garden was required to extend the living space, be enjoyed by the client and friends, and add value to the apartment.

With a relaxed, but private feel, viewed from the living room and kitchen inside, the new garden had to be an inviting and beautiful space to look out onto.  A built in BBQ with storage, a dining space and lounge area were requested.

Garden lighting and irrigation were to be included in the design along with screening of the neighbouring properties and the pedestrian footpath. The planting was to be subtropical/coastal in style and not be floral in nature.
