The clients needed multi-functional areas to relax with friends and family, enjoy a quiet moment and be active outdoors. They wanted storage, functionality and beauty in tight spaces that encourage you to come outside and enjoy.

Front garden requirements:
• Calming, nice view from home office
• somewhat private from street
• enhance street appeal

Inner Courtyard/ Eastern path requirements:
• Beautiful from all angles
• Privacy from east neighbour and future development here

Rear garden/western path requirements:
• active play, room to kick a ball and run
• small vegetable garden to tend with their children
• climbing frame/cubby
• boundary screening
• deck with extra seating
• Fire pit
