Landscape Design - Rooftop

Design Brief:

Ink Apartments is a boutique residential development by Turrisi Properties (now Ink Body Corporate). The development combines commercial ground floor tenancies, stunning residences and a rooftop entertainment area.

The design had to meet the “Turrisi Standard” for high quality bespoke design & finishes – including meeting high community expectations, engender a ‘sense of place’ and achieve a functional outcome.

The client wanted to ensure design and presentation consistency between the architecture and landscape designs.

Judges’ Comments:

This design maintains the city views and vistas from the rooftop and has created multiple spaces to encourage a sense of community and recreational activities. Plants chosen are resilient and their impact will improve with time creating a lushness in what will be a very hot, exposed area.
