Residential Landscape Design more than 150m2

Design Brief:

The clients wanted dramatic and beautiful outdoor areas to support the upgrade of house and interior. The spaces around their home needed to be well-thought-out, lovely and functional while setting the warm yet, high-quality tone and feel of the house.

A key task was to create a fabulous, welcoming arrival area after being drawn down the dramatic drive. The passage to the front door needed to be clear, classy and elegant.

Judges’ Comments:

This is a dynamic design that has brought lushness, scale and vibrancy into the landscape. The strong geometric circles on 3 levels have created cohesion and scale, and the choice of textural plants, which are bold and colourful, compliment and strengthen the design.
